Inauguration of the Mokranbar Transportation Company Library
The Mokranbar Transportation Company has inaugurated a library within its organization to promote a culture of reading and access to scientific and literary resources. This initiative was made possible through the discussions between Mr. Rajabi Zadeh and Dr. Rouhi, the head of the Department of Culture and Islamic Guidance, as well as the allocation of a suitable budget for purchasing a diverse collection of books.
This library aims to provide easy access to valuable resources for reading among the company’s employees and Afrinash Holding. It includes books on various topics such as management, law, psychology, history, religion, literature, social sciences, and more. This initiative is part of the company’s social responsibility and an effort to encourage employees to engage in continuous learning and reading.
The opening of this library not only represents an important step towards cultural development in the workplace but also serves as an educational and recreational space where employees can utilize their break times to read useful books instead of resorting to digital tools. This practice can help enhance focus and creativity in daily tasks.
Additionally, all employees of Makranbar Transportation Company and Afrinash Holding in Kerman can benefit from this library and borrow books. This opportunity allows staff to expand their knowledge using available scientific and literary resources, thereby increasing their motivation in the workplace. Furthermore, organizing group discussions during leisure time about selected books can strengthen collaboration and camaraderie among employees.
The inauguration of this library reflects Makranbar’s commitment to cultural and educational development among its staff. We hope that with the support of our colleagues, this initiative will become a positive tradition in the company, gradually increasing the number of books available in the library. Additionally, planning for new titles and organizing cultural events can enrich this cultural space.
Ultimately, we believe that reading not only contributes to personal growth but can also have a positive impact on the overall performance of the organization. We hope that this initiative will inspire other companies to take steps toward promoting a culture of reading and continuous learning.
