Following the approval of the board of directors of Mokran Bar Company regarding the construction of a four-star hotel in Zarand, on a plot of land measuring 2,700 square meters owned by the company on Shahid Soleimani Boulevard, the necessary preparations for obtaining a construction permit from the Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts Organization of the province have been made. This hotel will be built to meet the needs of the city and to provide services for guests, as well as for the steel companies to accommodate their managers and experts temporarily, as well as for the esteemed residents of Zarand. The proposed plan includes not only the construction and equipping of standard rooms but also a conference hall, a cinema hall, and several restaurants and banquet halls.
