Report on the Visit to the ACRUX Truck Production Line in Shiraz

With coordination with the esteemed consultant of the Arsham Group, Mr. Khaste Khodaie, a visit was conducted on 04/11/2024 to the production line of the ACRUX truck in Shiraz (Shiraz Industrial Park). During a meeting with this group’s managers, the Mokranbar Company was introduced along with its background in the transportation sector of Kerman Province. The company’s plans for development and transformation into a large-scale smart company were presented to the attendees.
In this meeting, it was mentioned that Mokranbar has taken the necessary steps to enter the club of large-scale companies by establishing a monitoring center and an electronic marketplace that meets the needs of all elements involved in the transportation process. Additionally, Mokranbar has not overlooked development across the country’s vast geography and is seeking to complete its activity chain by establishing branches in various cities.
During the continuation of the meeting, Mokranbar’s determination to enter other sectors of road transportation, including the transportation of petroleum products, LPG transportation, international transport, and passenger transport, was also emphasized, and the actions taken so far in this regard were presented to the esteemed members of the meeting.

Based on the technical specifications provided by the Arsham Group and the previous visit of the company’s operations manager to the ACRUX truck and its overall approval as one of the main options for completing the company’s fleet, Mokranbar’s need for one hundred trucks with various applications (dump trucks, flatbeds, tankers for oil and LPG, refrigerated trucks, transit tarpaulin trucks, etc.) was communicated to the managers of this company.
After providing explanations, Mr. Gholizadeh, one of the managers of the Arsham Group, provided details about the Arsham Group and the diversity of products produced by this collection. The Arsham Group is located in Shiraz Industrial Park and currently has three production and assembly halls for ACRUX trucks, combines, and MARS crossovers ready. The production hall for trucks is fully operational, and within a month, the first batch of truck productions will be released to the market. Furthermore, by the end of this year, the remaining production lines will also be put into operation.
Following his explanations regarding how to allocate and the facilities that this group has planned for applicants, negotiations took place. It was announced that based on agreements made with Sina Bank, for each truck purchased, financing equivalent to fifty percent of the price up to thirty-five billion rials has been anticipated at an interest rate of 23 percent. They also expressed their readiness for any cooperation with this company in supplying the required fleet along with related trailers. It was agreed that by the end of this week, detailed information regarding the granted facilities would be provided to this company.
