Safety tips (stopping when drowsiness)

Rushing and driving while drowsiness is one of the most important factors in road accidents. Truck drivers often drive long distances, and this causes them to be driving at night. our suggestion as one of the safety tips for truck drivers is that if you feel sleepy, stop in a safe place and continue driving again after a short time. when you plan to rest, make sure that the air enters the car. if you cannot stop on the way under any circumstances, you can prevent falling asleep and relieve fatigue by ways such as turning up the volume of the recording or drinking coffee. Many truck drivers use coffee, which is rich in caffeine, for this purpose.
Some of the signs of driver fatigue and sleepiness are summarized below:
01. Oscillating movements of the head and neck
02. Feeling of heaviness in the eyelids
03. Lack of concentration on driving and dreaming in the mind
04. Inability to control the vehicle between lanes
05. Reducing the speed of reaction to the situation
06. Lack of conscious control over vehicle speed
