Truck drivers often drive long distances, and this causes them to be driving at night. our suggestion as one of the safety tips for truck drivers is that if you feel sleepy, stop in a safe place and continue driving again after a short time. when you plan to rest, make sure that the air enters the car. if you cannot stop on the way under any circumstances, you can prevent falling asleep and relieve fatigue by ways such as turning up the volume of the recording or drinking coffee. Many truck drivers use coffee, which is rich in caffeine, for this purpose.
