Issuance of Preliminary Approval for the Sirjan-Shiraz Roadside Service Complex under the Name of Mokran Bar Company

On January 29, 2025, preliminary approval was granted for constructing a roadside service complex on the Sirjan-Shiraz route under the name of Mokran Bar Transportation Company. This complex will be located at the  22nd kilometer of this route, in a strategic position opposite the Gohar Park Tourism Complex. The chosen location, due to its proximity to tourist attractions and high-traffic routes, can play a significant role in attracting travelers and tourists.

The aforementioned service complex will be built on a 6-hectare plot of land. This considerable area allows for the creation of numerous and diverse facilities that can meet the various needs of travelers and tourists. Among the planned facilities are a gas station, restaurant, repair shop, bank, and other travel-related services. The goal of designing this complex is to provide comprehensive and convenient services to travelers while enhancing the quality of travel on this busy route.

Given the increasing number of travelers and tourists in this region, the establishment of such a complex can help improve the travel experience and increase public satisfaction. Additionally, it is anticipated that this complex will create new job opportunities for residents and contribute to the economic prosperity of the region.

It is expected that after the land is handed over to Mokran Bar Company, the project’s construction will begin in the first half of the following year.
