Specialized training of Mokranbar fleet

In the implementation of further training and more professional, a specialized training course was held for the fleet. In this course, the following trainings were given to the drivers, including:

01. Traffic laws and regulations regarding accidents and safety and cargo transportation.
02. Rules and regulations for normal cargo transportation and notification of new regulations and measures.
03. Training and explaining the drivers to the latest regulations for issuing bills of lading and scheduling in cargo production centers in the province and Bandar Abbas.
04. Justification of the drivers regarding the calculation and payment of the fee in the coming months based on the measures, especially the return loading.
05. Discussing the prevention of accidents by adopting defensive driving.
06. Health care training for road drivers.
07. Training and stressing the sensitivity of taking care of trucks and trailers under authority.
09. Identifying the weak points of trucks and providing necessary training to drivers.
10. State the weaknesses of cost factors and how to adjust them.
11. Accurate definition of reward and legal promotion in line with income generation and cost reduction by specifying performance indicators in compliance with the principles of trust, discipline, and justice.
